Our Pride of Super 8 is located close to the beautiful, sandy beaches of Lake Huron.  Visit us in Port Elgin each year for our world-renowned Pumpkinfest.  This special events weekend occurs the weekend prior to Thanksgiving.  Come enjoy our little piece of paradise and take in one of Lake Huron's spectacular sunsets.  We offer exceptional weekend packages including golf packages, scrapbooking retreats and our weekend winter packages.  We are located conveniently close to restaurants and shopping.  Our property is only a short drive to Bruce Power, excellent fishing, challenging golf courses, great snowmobile & cross-country ski trails, and the Bruce County Museum and Archives.  From all of our local activities and highlights to our super staff and facilities, there are so many reasons to make the trip to Port Elgin, Ontario. 

We are proud to report that all rooms now offer digital HD Cable.  With over 200 channels, we are sure you will find the perfect show to watch during your stay with us.  If the internet is more of what you need, stream video's from your smart phones or computers through HDMI into your TV. We now offer a lightning fast 40/10 High speed internet service.  You can also access this new system with your wireless devices in all guest rooms and public areas of our facility.

Home-cooked Hot Breakfast with every stay:

As we continue to do our best at our Pride of Super 8 to offer you the best value for your hard earned money, you will enjoy full hot breakfast with every stay. Our breakfast includes bagels, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, dry cereal, hot oatmeal, make your own waffles, juice, tea, coffee and milk.  We now  also offer Scrambled eggs, bacon (or) sausage patties, white and whole wheat bread.  Please note that all  hot items are homemade and prepared fresh for you throughout the morning.

All rooms and suites are 100% non-smoking. We also offer an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness   centre, and a heated outdoor pool (July & August).

In our effort to go Green, we are proud to report that our Super 8 has been awarded 3 Keys in the Green Key Eco Rating from the Canadian Hotel Association.  We will continue to pursue excellence in maintaining and expanding our Green Initiatives at our property.
